Messaging Terms

These terms govern text messages between you and Barrs Land, a trade name of Principle Centered Investments, Inc., a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage. Our business number is (706) 552-1400.

What this program is

This is a conversational messaging program, not a marketing list. If you ask about a tract, a real person at Barrs Land answers you by text — the same conversation you would have by phone, in writing. Typical messages answer questions about acreage, access, timber, price, and showings, and confirm times to meet at a property.

We do not send bulk promotional blasts, drip campaigns, or automated marketing sequences to this number.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from us when you:

• check the text-message box on an inquiry form on this site and provide your mobile number; or
• text us first at (706) 552-1400; or
• give a Barrs Land representative your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text.

Consent is optional. We will not require it as a condition of answering your inquiry, sending you property information, or doing business with you. If you would rather we called or emailed, say so and we will.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Because this is a two-way conversation rather than a scheduled program, you will generally receive messages only in reply to you or in follow-up to a property you asked about.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may, according to your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text that number again unless you opt back in by texting START or asking us to resume. Opting out of texts does not stop us from calling or emailing you, and does not cancel anything else.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives. Nothing sent by text is a binding offer, acceptance, or contract for the sale of real property — real estate transactions here are conducted through written agreements.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
